How I work

Hear what the song needs.

Most projects don’t need more ideas. They need someone who can hear which idea is the record.

I work with artists from writing and arrangement through production and mix. Sometimes the move is rebuilding a chorus. Sometimes it’s getting the vocal that carries the song, finding the sound that unlocks the arrangement, or cutting what keeps it from landing.

I’m direct, collaborative and protective of the artist’s point of view. The goal is a finished record with a clear identity—not a production that could belong to anybody.

Studio + record label

Future Relics.

Future Relics is my home base for writing, production and mixing. The room is built to move quickly from the first idea to the final mix, with instruments and recording options ready to go when the song needs them.

Projects that need a larger live room, a specific console or a different city can move to another studio without breaking the creative thread.

Future Relics is also the record label I use to help develop artists and releases beyond the studio—connecting the creative work to release strategy, long-term development and the infrastructure needed to keep a project moving.
